1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or renting assets via the RentEase platform, you agree to comply with these terms, conditions, and fulfillment policies.
2. Rental Tenures & Monthly Payments
Rental agreements are active for the minimum chosen contract duration (3, 6, or 12 months). Payments are processed on a monthly recurring basis. Early termination before contract end may incur standard restructuring fees.
3. Security Deposit & Returns
A security deposit is collected upon order checkout and held in escrow. Upon return of the asset, full refund is processed within 3–5 business days, subject to physical diagnostics.
4. Delivery, Maintenance & Care
Subscribers are expected to maintain products in clean condition. Standard wear and tear is fully covered. Intentional damage or loss will be deducted from the security deposit.
